Hola! It feels good to be back! I’ve started a blog called Mind the Vegan some time ago now, as some kind of joke re the mind the gap quote I would hear all the time in the tube during my London days. A lot has happened since, and today I’ve decided to come back stronger and expand the horizons of this space so I can share with you much more than just plant-based recipes.
Green is a colour I identify with many things I will little by little share with you: healthy tips, books recommendations, exercise plans, and of course the good old vegan recipes that I know you already love!
