2 tempeh fillets
2 tbsp of Tahini
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of miso paste
2 tsp of agave/honey/date syrup
1 tsp of garlic powder
A pinch of ginger powder
Water, as required
Hymalayan salt and pepper


1.Mix all ingredients but the seitan with a fork and beat until well integrated. Add water for it to be a bit more liquid - the idea is to get the texture of a salad dressing. Play around with the sauce ingredients: you can add a bit of peanut butter, ginger,etc. - use your imagination! This is just a base...
2.Grill the tempeh on both sides (putting a little bit of oil on the grill) for about 5 minutes each side.
3.Serve with the sauce on top and a nice side salad.
